Type of wine blend of autochtonus whites

Ground: of middle mix extending to the calcareous one

Vinification: to cold in containers in steel inox, to load of selected ferments and temperatures < to 15°C

Chemical characteristics: 12,50% vol.

Organics characteristics: from the unmistakable pale yellow color, from the delicate and persistent perfume, with intense floral notes, that make it particularly elegant. This wine marries well the frying of paranza and cheeses to average seasoning.

Temperature: serve at 8/10°C
